Today's rising obesity epidemic in youth is a challenge that affects our communities today. Analyze your family's current health habits, determine an area of weakness, research recommendations for healthier living, craft a solution and a plan for implementation of that solution, and measure your family's progress throughout applying the change. Change a habit to improve your family's health.
