Reduce waste in your school or community.
In order to help our school become more sustainable, students from Highlands Middle School focused on a solution to help reduce the amount of waste generated from brown paper bags at lunch. Students found an eco-friendly lunch bag alternative and sold it to students in grades 1-8. The group organized the sale of 54 lunch bag orders and continues to raise awareness about this issue.
