The Challenge Based Learning user guide is for anyone (students, teachers, parents, administrators, and community members) interested in building learning communities focused on identifying Challenges and implementing thoughtful and sustainable solutions. It expands on our original Challenge Based Learning Classroom Guide1 and White Paper2 and reflects the most recent information about the framework.
If you are new to Challenge Based Learning the guide provides background information, key concepts, and resources for getting started. If you are a Challenge Based Learning veteran the guide includes recent updates and expands on the information found in the original white paper and classroom guide.
The Guide is organized into four sections:
1Apple Education (2010). Challenge Based Learning Classroom Guide.
2Nichols, Mark H., Cator, Karen (2008), Challenge Based Learning White Paper. Cupertino, California: Apple, Inc.
